The mission of Fannin secondary services is to provide high school students with the curricular opportunities required for success in post-secondary options which will in turn afford preparation for ensuing careers. Secondary services pledges purposeful teaching directed toward the development and enhancement of communication and critical thinking skills.
| The department of secondary services includes instructional programs in English Language Arts, ESOL, mathematics, science, social studies, world languages, Career, Technical, and Agricultural Performance Standards (CTAE), physical education, health, visual arts, choral music, and instrumental music. The department collaborates with the departments of advanced academics, school improvement, exceptional education, counseling, assessment, driver education, media services, athletics, and professional learning to guarantee a comprehensive program suited to the individual needs of every student. |
All units of study essential to high school graduation in Fannin County Schools must be earned in grades nine through twelve, with the exception of Math I which may be earned in grade eight.
